         王少仲       副教授、硕士生导师。19929月至20026月就读于南京大学化学化工学院,先后获得理学学士、硕士和博士学位。20027月任职于南京大学化学化工学院,20056月被聘为副教授。20059月至20068月在美国Uinversity of NevadaReno化学系从事博士后研究。主要研究方向为过渡金属催化新反应探索及其在天然产物合成中的应用。

Research Interests

Homogeneous Gold-Catalyzed Chemical Transformations of Alkyne

Following the ‘Gold Rush’ in 21st chemistry and our long-term research target, we advanced a number of conceptually novel transformations derived from alkyne functionality which involves C1-C5 cyclization of enediyne, 6-endo-dig cycloisomerization of N-propargylaminoquonone and [3,3]-rearrangement of propargylic carboxylate based on the alkynophilic property of gold complex.

Total Synthesis of Marine Alkaloids

By taking advantage of gold-catalyzed 6-endo-dig cycloisomerization of N-propargylaminoquinone, we have established a common methodology for collective synthesis of pyridoacridine alkaloids, which were isolated from marine sponges and tunicates. These polycyclic alkaloids possess biological activities ranging from antineoplastic, anti-HIV, intercalation of DNA to insecticidal and antifouling, which might be developed as drug candidates.
